a) The main aim of the NGO is to serve the society in anyway which is possible.
b) To provide, establish, maintain, control and manage the trust and other projects anywhere in Punjab & India and do all deeds, acts and things necessary for the operation of NGO.
c) To provide help to all the needy persons of society irrespective of the color, creed and caste of the individual.
d) It will not be a profitable organization.
e) NGO will frame a network to reach the every needful person in the field of education/medical help.
f) It will work like a trust to provide free education to needy students of the society for which organization can open an institution anywhere in India and which can enroll the needy students of that Area.
g) The “EHSAAS” will celebrate important days & festivals to inculcate the spirit of nationalism in the students & people of India & work for integration of the country.
h) NGO will encourage the society to inculcate the hobbies like paper making, painting, knitting, canning, sewing, carpentry etc to make them self dependent.
i) NGO will maintain the right to construct, maintenance, purchase, exchange, lease, hire any land, building, park, school, movable and immovable property for fulfilling the objectives of the society to uplift the studies and needy citizens of India.
j) To provide assistance to students by granting scholarships, prizes, monetary assistance to deserving people of the society and also create funds for historical & religious tours to its members so that they can know the Historical importance of India.
k) Society has the power to draw, accept, endorse & discount check or notes or bills of change & exchange.
l) To do all acts, deeds, things, legally admissible as are in denial or conductive to attain the objectives of the organization.

The management of the NGO is entrusted to an executive committee formed in accordance of rules & regulations of the NGO.
